For nearly a decade, Joseph Pinkava has helped providers navigate the complex medical insurance space. He has spent thousands of hours learning the medical billing cycle and building a strong foundation in revenue cycle and contracting strategy. Previously, Joseph served as Director of Revenue Cycle & Contracting for Pristine Medical Billing, where he oversaw roughly $1.5 million per month in medical device claims.

He and his team also helped more than 250 providers negotiate fair insurance contracts that improved access and affordability of care for patients across the country. Joseph believes strong contracting and financial strategy are critical to helping providers build healthier businesses and reach more patients.

Joseph holds a Master’s in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s in Economics from the University of California, San Diego. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, golfing, and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
