Meet Joseph Pinkava
Joseph Pinkava has spent a decade in the financial engine of healthcare — building deep expertise in revenue cycle, reimbursement, and payor contracting, and now advising providers and partners on the strategic decisions that shape their future. That operator's grounding is what sets his advisory work apart: he's seen how practices actually get paid, which informs every recommendation he makes about where they should go next.
He and his team also helped more than 250 providers negotiate fair insurance contracts that improved access and affordability of care for patients across the country. Joseph believes strong contracting and financial strategy are critical to helping providers build healthier businesses and reach more patients.
Joseph is a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) through the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). He holds a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of California, San Diego, and a Master's in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son, golfing, and training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
